Individual plaques for current members will be displayed in the Capitol’s outer lobby. Each plaque contains a picture of the honoree and a brief biography. \nThe Rome Arts Hall of Fame\, started in 2005\, honors individuals who have a significant involvement in the literary\, performing\, or visual arts and a strong connection to the city of Rome. The Rome Arts Hall of Fame provides the opportunity to remember past contributors to the arts\, to celebrate current outstanding artists\, and to inspire young people in future artistic endeavors. \nHonorees this year include photographer Frank Calidonna\, musician Charles Coville\, stage actor John Frank\, arts educator Marge Hubbell\, artist and organizer Rick E.
