Cinema Capitol will present the biographical drama ALL IS TRUE each day from Friday, June 14-Thursday, June 20.

The year is 1613, and Shakespeare (Kenneth Branagh) is acknowledged as the greatest writer of the age. But disaster strikes when his renowned Globe Theatre burns to the ground. Devastated, he returns to Stratford, where he must face a troubled past and a neglected family. Haunted by the death of his only son (Sam Ellis), he struggles to mend the broken relationship with his wife (Judi Dench) and daughters. In so doing, he is ruthlessly forced to examine his own failings as a husband and father. Also starring in the movie are Lolita Chakrabarti, Jack Colgrave Hitst, Doug Colling, and Eleanor de Rohan.

The BOSTON GLOBE writes β€œ”ALL IS TRUE is expertly acted and handsomely filmed.” The WASHINGTON POST writes that the movie is β€œAn intriguing speculative drama about the playwright’s final years.”

ALL IS TRUE runs 103 minutes and is rated PG-13 (for thematic elements, suggestive material and language). Admission is $8 for adults, $7 for students, children, and military, and $6 for Capitol Friends.
