Nominations are now being accepted for the 2019 inductees into the Rome Arts Hall of Fame.

To be eligible – a nominee must have a strong connection to the Rome community and most importantly – they must have a significant involvement in the performing arts, the visual arts or the literary arts.  Nominees can be living or deceased.

The deadline for nominations is Saturday, February 2nd.

Once nominated, names are carried forward for consideration in subsequent years.

The class of 2019 will be inducted in a ceremony open to the public at the Capitol on Sunday, April 28th beginning at 4pm.

Advance sale tickets will be available from the Capitol box office beginning April 15th.

The class of 2019 will join 74 existing members of the Rome Arts Hall of Fame.

Please take this opportunity to honor and recognize past contributors to the arts, to celebrate and acknowledge current participants and to encourage and inspire young people.

Nominees will have made a major contribution to the literary, performing or visual arts in the Rome Community.
