RISING STARS SHOWCASE: Spirit of the Erie Canal

Live on the Capitol Stage, Capitol Theatre Rising Stars will present the 2-act musical comedy, SPIRIT OF THE ERIE CANAL on Sunday November 2.
21st Century school children visit a canal museum where they meet the spirits of adults and children who lived and worked on the boats and banks of the Erie Canal 200 years ago. The show features several popular songs such as “The E-R-E Was Risin’ ” and “15 Miles on the Erie Canal”. A fun, whimsical, history lesson for adults and school age children.
