Your order will be ready at the box office for will call pickup! Please be ready to provide the name the order was placed under as well as appropriate ID.
For reserved seating shows: our box office will be open as normal (Monday through Friday from 10AM – 5PM) as well as an hour before doors open.
For general admission shows and cinema events: please proceed to box office to redeem your tickets.
Return Policy: Limited refunds or exchanges are available. Refunds will be granted at the discretion of Capitol Arts Complex staff.
